One of the founders of Silexica will talk about his experiences establishing a deep tech startup in Germany. Attention will be paid to the spin-off from the RWTH Aachen and the related challenges of funding the first few years. Furthermore, Germany as an ecosystem to build up a tech-startup is discussed. As part of this, insights will be given on how to recruit international engineers as a German startup.
